Wow, what a week!  We had a live broadcast this week to wish Suzy a fond farewell as she gets ready to depart for New Zealand and during the broadcast, we announced the new online spin sessions that are starting next month as well as a brand new set of recipe cards inspired by the late, Dr. Maya Angelou.  In case you missed the broadcast, you can always catch up by watching the recorded version.

As for the spin sessions, we’ve been working on getting these ready for you for the past few months.  This is a milestone for us as this is something we’ve planned for from the beginning when we were sketching out what we wanted fiberygoodness.com to be.  You can get all the details about the sessions here.

We are also super excited to roll out another set of Yarn Recipe cards and as mentioned above, inspired by the late Dr. Maya Angelou.  There are some really interesting techniques involved with these yarns – three from Suzy and three from me, Arlene.  If you watch the broadcast, you can hear a little bit about the way we produce the cards.  These are a lot of fun to make and some brand new techniques we’ve not seen elsewhere!  You can find the order info here.

So, what’s next?  Well, we’re going to be opening up The Journey to the Golden Fleece for a new group starting at the beginning of October.  Our first group will be starting their final module and beginning their projects at the end of September.  It is so hard to believe that we are at this place already!

We are coming up on a year since we launched this website also and we are pretty excited by what we have to show for ourselves.  We’ve exceed our wildest dreams….but we have a lot more dreams to go!  We are always working behind the scenes on new ideas.  As a little teaser, I can tell you that over the next couple of months, we are going to be finishing up a brand new class that we’ve been writing…:-)
